Are you sure you entered your email address and password correctly?

To create a new password please go to the forgotten password page [insert link].

When setting up your password, please type it into a text editor such as Word or Notepad so that you can see that it is correct. Then copy and paste it into the password field.

If the email for resetting your password doesn't arrive you may need to alter your spam settings and/or add the email address: website@rootsforchurches.com to your whitelist.

Alternatively, you may need to delete your browsing history and/or clear your cache. Please follow these instructions.
